Is there any charge for the quote or assessment?
No. The on-site assessment and written quote are free and carry no obligation. If you decide not to proceed there is no charge and no follow-up pressure, and you keep the quote either way. Because it is itemized to model-number level, you can take it to another installer for comparison. We would rather you make an informed decision than sign quickly.
How detailed will the quote be?
Itemized to model-number level. You will see exactly which cameras, alarm panels, access readers, cabling and labour hours are included, with optional monitoring and maintenance priced separately rather than bundled into one figure. That lets you see what each part of the system costs, drop anything you do not need, and phase the work across budget cycles if that suits you better.
Will Triton try to oversell the system?
No. We recommend the minimum viable system to achieve your security goals. If a four-camera setup is all you need, we'll quote four cameras, not twelve. Read more about our approach.
How long is the quote valid?
60 days from the date issued. If equipment pricing changes during that window, the quoted price holds. If you need longer, tell us and we will refresh it at no charge. Quotes are commonly refreshed for projects waiting on a budget cycle, a tenant decision or a construction schedule, and that is not a problem.
